Over the past couple of weeks, 2B has been busily creating a trick shot video using table tennis balls and cups. The goal was to write a persuasive piece of writing, convincing Mr Methven, Mrs Amos and Mrs Inglis to put aside a couple of minutes in their VERY busy schedules and watch their masterpiece.
If you too have had a long, busy week or would just like to relax for 5 minutes, we welcome you to kick back and bask in the glory that is ‘Trick Shots Are Hard II’.
Even though the official Walk to School October campaign is over, you can still be active and join us every Friday morning for Walk to School (weather permitting)! Tomorrow is forecast to be a beautiful sunny morning, so why not join us at 8:30am at O’Neil Road and start your day with some exercise!
We had a great day on Friday at our Fun Run. Thank you to everyone for the support.
You still have time to donate to our school and have the opportunity to be in the running for a BMX bike. Here is the link for the CUA School Fundraising page where parents can log in and create a profile for the child to raise money for the fun run. Once they have created their profile they need to share it to receive donations.
Any child who raises at least $1 online will go into the draw to win a Colony Premise BMX Bike which retails at $750. The raffle will be drawn at assembly.
Donations can be accepted until Tuesday 24th October.
Due to the weather there is no walk to school today.
Friday 13 October is our Fun Run, fundraiser.
Come dressed in your house colour. Parents are welcome to cheer.
A coffee van will be on site.
Come and enjoy the fun!
Just a reminder that our school Fun Run will be held on the first Friday back in Term 4(13th of October), so keep trying to raise as much money as you can to get a fantastic prize and raise some money for our school.
Please send your Earn and Learn stickers to the office ASAP so we can count them towards our total.
